About Phylokmer
Phylokmer package is a set of programs that can do various analysis for SRS data.
kmer_count: count the unique fragments in certain files, and calculate the complexity and frequency, etc.
filter: used for two or more output files of kmer_count, filtering unique or common fragments of any file(s).
phylokmer: do a bunch of assigned tasks, such as subsampling the same amount of reads for each sample, and count kmer frequencies for each sample.
phylokmer2nexus: convert the output of phylokmer to nexus format.
summary_phylokmer_dat: summarize the phylokmer output.
